The Associate

Matthew McGold (Hunter Kohl) feels suffocated by The Assocation’s tight grip on his life. Although appreciative of the job opportunity, he’s scared to admit he may just want to escape it all.
Once he accidentally intercepts the briefcase of his recently deceased co-worker, escape becomes his only option, as McGold uncovers a dark secret within the company that places a lethal target upon his back. As the clock ticks, will he escape before even his own mind is not safe?

“The Associate” was an incredible short film shot in the Philadelphia area. We had a terrific local team of filmmakers, lead by duo Mike Wenderlich and Sean Michael Conway.
The greatest asset this film has going for it is the camaraderie of artists behind it. This film is just the beginning of an outstanding collection of films made by Play Retro Productions and Stay Positive Productions.
