Refund policy

Of course we hope that you are satisfied with the ordered article. However, it can happen that one size does not fit or that a product arrives damaged. Within 30 days after receipt you can return the item or request a refund. After this time period has expired, a return or refund is no longer possible.

An order placed on Retrospective of Jupiter can be delivered to most countries. However, there are products that cannot be delivered to certain countries. If a product cannot be delivered to your country, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund your order in full.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please use our form here.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned; Any returned sale product will not be given store credit.
 We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery.
Please note that we will only return or exchange items bought at Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Did you order the wrong size or colour?

Please note that returned clothes can only be exchanged for a different size or color, refund in cash is not possible. Once we have received your return, we will process your return and send you a new article in the desired size.

Returns and exchanges must be in original, unworn condition, and include all tags, original packaging, and original invoice. Please include also your desired size and the order number, which can be found in the received email. Costs for the return shipment are at the responsibility of the customer.
