Midway through the second UK lockdown our work landscape was looking pretty barren and we were in need of a creative outlet. A new coffee shop opened up locally and we went to try it out. We reached out to Nola to see if they’d be interested in making a film about their origins and over the following months we started shooting. Very quickly the project snowballed into an inspiring story of collaboration, friendships and new opportunities.
