J!MMY & Lolahol - Love Me Still (Official Music Video)

After releasing her first single ‘Lock&Key’, Madonna’s daughter Lola Leon follows up with her second musical appearance as Lolahol, in collaboration with Brooklyn-based artist J!MMY. The duo launches their compelling ‘Jungle meets Pop’ track ‘Love Me Still’ on Eartheater’s label Chemical X.

‘Love Me Still’ is an ode to one of those never-quite-ending romances, to reminiscing as time passes by and to celebrating anything that passes the time. Ukrainian director Alyssa Trawkina animates the energetic track with dynamic, radiant visuals that follow J!MMY, Lolahol and entourage on a journey between longing and coping through the city and nightlife of New York.

The story behind the film

We shot the video in different frame rates and mixed formats (Arri Mini and S16mm film) in order to illustrate the process of time passing. The radiant, glowy look and fast past edit emphasizes the artist’s journey between longing and coping through the city and nightlife of New York.
