Harlem Village Academies class of 22

We had the pleasure of Documenting Harlem Village Academy’s Prom where we met the future leaders of America. The prom took place at a dazzling 5th avenue high rise loft with a breathtaking view of the city. This was a night that we will never forget.

Shooting this on film was the only way for us. I was truly inspired by American Graffiti and Sixteen candles. So initially I wanted to create a coming of age story and I believe we did a good job.
