In the fall of 2016, New York City based filmmaker David Lombroso was invited to shot a short documentary on the making of a Guatemalan feature film. With little more than a camera and his passport, David decamped for Guatemala City, where he soon discovered the collaborative beauty of filmmaking extends beyond even the most walled off of borders.
