A meditation on lockdown, isolation, and yearning. Made for straight 8’s 2021 competition on one cartridge of Kodak Vision3 500T Super 8 Film with only in-camera edits and no post-production.

I had a great experience making a straight 8 film in 2016 with lots of friends and collaborators. When the pandemic happened I felt compelled to make another straight 8 film, but this time on my own, out of necessity, and inspired by the darkness, confusion, as well as introspection of that time.
