Shot on Location at The Butterfly and The Grasshopper

Our film is the second project for our 12in12 film project in 2020. Originally our writer and director Sarah came to us with this amazing idea back in 2019. With careful planning and execution we were able to shoot this film in just six hours! With the crew working harder than before, we were able to come into our bar location before their opening time, with two hour slots over three days.

We were very fortunate with the location we had. The staff at The Butterfly and The Grasshopper were very welcoming, even offering us an extra to play the barman! They were only opening their doors for business just six weeks prior to us filming on location! The film was released on valentines day, fitting for a story about closing a chapter on an old relationship and finding a new one!
