Simple Pleasures is a quirky comedy which explores the confusing relationship between living to eat, eating to run further and loving running.

I used to compete in a sport which required weighing in before the event. This meant as a young adult I was always watching what I ate and how much exercise I was doing. After a big sporting event you’d always pig out on your favourite foods which was a real high. Now, years later and leading a normal life, I still love exercise, the runners high and also eating delicious things – the are both enjoyable and I like how exercise and enjoying your food can balance each other out.
