What happens when sections of the human race choose to opt-out of AI super-intelligence?

I come from a family of film and TV legends: my father, John Cundill and my brother Liam.

Follow my journey as I learn how to make a sci-fi short film using AI… without any knowledge for experience. I have a story I want to tell.

I know absolutely nothing about making a movie. I don’t know about lenses, shots, sets or lighting. But I am a good story-teller!

So I’ve decided to make the movie using AI, based on my interconnected sci-fi short stories. Like my dad’s, the script is mine and original, but… in my film all the actors, voices and scenes will be generated with AI.

“Happy Sleep” is a short film about the terrifying decision that humanity is going to have to make around AI Super-Intelligence. It really messes with the whole idea of a perfect tech world. It shows how the promise of a super-smart, totally connected society can actually be a double-edged sword, making you wonder where progress ends and control begins. The film takes you on a stunning, yet unsettling journey: from peaceful, sustainable communities to high-tech, futuristic cities. It’s a powerful way of making you confront the real price of convenience and the unsettling feeling that we’re losing a piece of our humanity in a world that’s constantly connected and monitored by AI.

Truth be told, I have no idea what I’m doing. I don’t even how to use AI video generators or editors!
