A young man heads home to retrieve the deceased body of a loved one and is forced to reflect on the circumstances that have transpired.

This film was created during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic and adhered to all social distancing measures and regulations.

Making Habitat was a direct response to conversations I was having with loved ones around the start of the pandemic. There was a grim acceptance of death and susceptibility to the worst case scenario within each of those phone calls. I tried to capture that sentiment as best I could.
