The Dead Dog in a Suitcase urban legend first appeared in the New York Times in 1987. This myth has traveled all around the world and showcases that urban legends are important because they often evoke strong emotional reactions such as horror, shock, and humour.
I wanted to show how such legends can be passed on from one person to another by using two narratives that come together in the end.
